The Amherst Garden Club’s first meeting of the new year is Thurs., Jan 4 at the Messiah Lutheran Church (9:00-11:30 am). Join us to hear Paul Koehler of Koehler Landscape Construction Services (Amherst, NH) talk about sustainable landscape design.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in grounds maintenance, landscape design, and landscape construction. His presentation will cover conserving natural resources, environmental impact awareness, performing a sustainability audit, design functionality, sustainable design with emphasis on low maintenance, combining hardscapes, and executing the perfect design plan.
Open to the public at no fee. There is no evening meeting this month. Evening meetings resume in March.
