On December 7, Memory Tree 2019 was lit in an annual tradition that offers a way for the community to remember loved ones. The tree is decorated with tiny white lights in memory of those who are no longer with us.
Thank you to everyone who made a donation to have a loved one remembered on the tree, and to Barbara Dalrymple for expertly managing this annual event.
Money raised from donations goes to The Amherst Garden Club Charitable Fund, which makes grants to worthy community projects that are consistent with the garden club’s mission.
The tree will remain illuminated through the holiday season and into January.
