Tomorrow evening — Thurs., Nov 2 at Parkhurst Place (11 Veterans Road, Amherst), 7:00-8:30 pm — Sierra Brookes of Peterborough will present “Holiday Treasures from the Garden.” With a little planning and creative ingenuity, you can not only dress your home festively for the holidays with minimum fuss and expense but also create healthful, aromatic products for gift giving. Sierra will share creative ideas for using fresh and dried cuttings from the garden, fields, and forest for decoration, culinary use, and herbal body care products. Open to the public at no fee.
