Our club proudly marched in the 2014 Amherst Fourth of July parade, themed “From Sea to Shining Sea”. Our HUGE paper flowers, representing the five major geographical regions of the country, accompanied by the “waves” on our hats, our red-white-and-blue apparel, and especially our “waving” formation as we moved on down the road garnered the club “Best in Theme” as well as terrific appreciation by the crowd!
