Just in time for the start of the gardening season, Pamela Turner and Roxanne Meldrum from Southern NH Rehabilitation in Milford will present gardening tips and techniques to save your back, your garden, and your sanity. They will be demonstrating how to use your body and your energy wisely to prevent injury while working in the garden. Several garden tools will be offered for raffle at the end of the presentation.
